Directions for Use

▶ Always dilute with water before consumption.

• Dilute approximately 3 mL in 2 liters of drinking water (about two-thirds of a bottle cap) before consumption.

• For best results, dilute in warm water.

• Crystal formation or sediment may occur inside the container. This is caused by crystallized ionized minerals and is safe for consumption.
